How do I setup the Senville WiFi Kit?

Smart WiFi Kit Setup Guide (Model WIFI-KIT/OSK102)

What You Need

A compatible Senville air conditioner
Smart WiFi Kit (OSK102)
Smartphone with iOS 8.0+ or Android 4.0+ and 5MP+ camera
2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (WPA/WPA2 encryption only)

Step 1: Install the Smart Kit

Turn off your AC unit.
Open the front panel of the AC.
Insert the Smart Kit into the reserved slot.
Stick the provided QR code to the AC's side panel or take a photo of it.

Step 2: Download the App

Search for Senville in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Download and install the app.

Step 3: Register an Account

Open the app and tap Login > Register.
Enter your email and password.
Activate your account via the email confirmation link.
Optional: You can log in with third-party accounts.

Step 4: Connect the AC to Wi-Fi (AP Mode)

Tip: Make sure your phone is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network and forget any others nearby to avoid interference.

Power off the AC unit.
Power it back on and press the LED DISPLAY or DO NOT DISTURB button 7 times within 10 seconds.
The display will show AP, indicating AP Mode is active.
Complete setup within 8 minutes or restart the process.

Step 5: Add Device in the App

Open the app and tap + Add Device.
Select your AC model type.
Choose a setup method:
- Scan QR Code (recommended)
- Manual Setup (enter your Wi-Fi password)
Follow on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
Your AC will appear in the device list once setup is complete.

Note: If your device appears offline, pull down to refresh the list or restart the AC. It may take a few minutes to show online.

Step 6: Use the App to Control Your AC

Login to the Senville/NetHome Plus app.
Select your air conditioner from the list.
Control the AC: Power, temperature, fan speed, mode, and more.

Note: Some functions like ECO, Swing, or Turbo may not be supported by your model. Refer to your AC's user manual.

Optional Features

Timer On/Off: Schedule your AC weekly.
8°C Heat: Prevent freezing when away.
Sleep Mode: Set a comfortable sleep temperature.
Check: Diagnose running or error conditions.
Share Device: Let others control the AC by scanning your shared QR code.

Troubleshooting

Ensure you're using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5GHz).
Double-check Wi-Fi passwords and signal strength.
Restart the AC and your phone if connection fails.
Make sure the NetHome Plus app is updated to the latest version.
