Error Code: EH 02 – Zero-Crossing Signal Detection Error
Applies to LETO and AURA Series

What this means:
The indoor control board (PCB) is not receiving the expected feedback from the AC fan motor — specifically, the “zero-crossing” signal that helps it monitor the fan's movement. This may be due to a wiring problem or a faulty board.

Try this first (easy fix):

  1. Turn off power to your mini split completely.

  2. Wait 2 full minutes.

  3. Turn the power back on and check the display.

  • If the error disappears — your system is back to normal.

  • If the error remains — continue below.

Next steps (for technicians):

  • Check all wiring connections and the power supply to the indoor unit.

  • If the power is stable and connections are good, the indoor PCB may need to be replaced.

What you might need:

  • Replacement indoor PCB

  • Connection wires (if wiring is faulty)

Helpful tip:
This error only applies to models that use an AC fan motor. If your unit has a DC motor, the EH 02 code doesn’t apply and can be ignored.
