E2 / EH 02 - Error Code Diagnostic

Modified on Wed, 16 Oct at 1:26 PM

If the error codes E2 or EH 02 appear on your indoor unit, it means the PCB is not receiving a zero-crossing signal feedback for 4 minutes, or the zero-crossing signal intervals are irregular.

Possible causes include:

1) Incorrect wiring connections

2) Faulty indoor control board

The first troubleshooting step is to check if the wiring connections and power supply are correct and functioning properly. If they are not, fix the connections and turn on the unit once the power supply is stable. If they are correct, proceed to the next step.

If the connections and power supply are functioning properly, it's likely that the indoor main PCB is defective and needs to be replaced.
