About This Guide
This article provides a complete list of error codes that may appear on Senville mini split indoor units. These codes help identify problems with sensors, communication, refrigerant, or other electrical components. Use the information below to troubleshoot or report issues.
Normal System Messages (Not Errors)
Code | Description | Solution |
---|---|---|
dF | Defrost | No action required — normal cycle |
CL | Filter cleaning reminder / Active clean | Clean filters (displays 15 seconds after power-on) |
F (some models) | Filter replacement reminder | Replace filters if applicable |
FP | Heating mode in room temp under 8°C | No action required — automatic heating safeguard |
FC | Forced cooling | Check if cooling was manually forced (e.g., by remote or setup) |
AP | Wi-Fi AP mode | System is in Wi-Fi pairing mode — proceed via Alexa app |
CP | Remote control switched off | Restart unit using remote or power cycle |

Protection and System Errors
Code | Issue | Solution |
---|---|---|
PC 00 | IPM module protection | Check cooling, IPM board (TS09-S) |
PC 01 | Voltage protection | Inspect input voltage (TS10-S) |
PC 02 | Compressor/IPM over-temperature | Inspect cooling, refrigerant flow (TS11-S-INV) |
PC 04 | Inverter compressor drive error | Replace or test drive module (TS12-S) |
PC 03 | Pressure protection (low/high) | Verify pressure sensors and refrigerant levels (TS26-INV) |
PC 0L | Low ambient temp protection | No action needed unless malfunctioning (LP) |
---- | Multi-zone indoor units mode conflict | Ensure all units are set to the same mode (TS14) |
Other Notes
- If the display shows a **garbled or undefined code**, ensure it’s not just showing a temperature.
- Use the remote control to test the unit:
- If it does not respond, the indoor PCB may need replacement.
- If it does respond, the issue may lie with the display board.
