Why is my indoor unit is beeping and won't connect to Alexa?

Make sure that you have correctly installed your USB dongle and have connected it via the Alexa App. (Important note: Our current USB dongle does NOT work with the Senville app.)

If your indoor unit is beeping when connecting to Alexa, this could be a result of your USB dongle being incorrectly inserted.

Step 1. Open the front panel on the indoor unit and remove the USB dongle

Step 2. Re-insert and verify that the USB dongle is correctly inserted all the way

Step 3. Verify connection and that beeping has stopped.

Step 4. You've successfully connected.

If you have done these steps and it still has not resolved the issue, verify that you are using the the latest firmware for the USB dongle. If your firmware is not up to date, reset the dongle to factory settings, and reinstall your Alexa kit.
