Who do you ship with?
Within the United States we ship with "FedEx Ground" and "FedEx Freight", depending on the size of your delivery.
Within Canada we ship with "Day and Ross LTL" and "Canada Post", depending on the size of your delivery.
How can I track my order? I received my tracking number by email and the link doesn’t work.

When tracking your order in Canada, please be sure to selected the service type "LTL/Truckload"

How long does it take to get a tracking number and when will I receive my unit ?
All orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated. Naturally, shipping times vary depending on your location. The tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order departs from our facility. Please note that the tracking number will give you an estimated delivery date.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
Yes, you or a family member will be to be present at the time of delivery as a signature is required.
Our carriers will call in advance to arrange an official delivery date with yourself to ensure someone will be present at the time of delivery.
Please note, this is only true for freight deliveries. Ground shipments of smaller items will be delivered to your door without requiring a signature.
Where are you located?
Our head office is in Montreal, Canada but if you are located in the United States, we will ship your order from one of our many warehouses located in the United States.
Is the shipping included?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders over $500.
