Do I have to be home for delivery?

Short answer: for freight deliveries, yes. Someone must be there to sign, and the carrier calls you first to book a delivery appointment. Smaller parcel deliveries don't need a signature and are left at your door.

Freight deliveries (outdoor units and complete systems)

  • The carrier calls you to schedule a delivery date and won't deliver without speaking to you first.
  • You or a family member must be there to sign.
  • Senville can't book the appointment for you. You arrange it directly with the carrier.
  • Make sure the phone number on your order is correct, so the carrier can reach you.
  • Inspect the boxes before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

Parcel deliveries (smaller items and parts)

No signature is needed. The package is left at your door.

Carrier hasn't called?

Check your tracking page (US / Canada). If the shipment is at the local terminal, call the carrier with your tracking number. In Canada, Day & Ross can be reached at 1-866-329-7677. Still can't reach them, or need to change your phone number? Submit a support ticket with your order number.
