Short answer: your model number is on the grey label on the right side of the indoor unit, and on the outdoor unit. It is also on your order confirmation email. The first letters tell you the series, and the letters after the size tell you which manual to use.

- Outdoor unit: grey label on the side.
- Order confirmation email from senville.com or senville.ca.
The indoor and outdoor units have different model numbers. For manuals and error codes, use the indoor unit number.
How to read it (example: SENA-24HF-IGG)
