Short answer: LETO wall units use the CR322 remote. AURA wall units and Multi Zone indoor units use the CR333 remote. Check the ending of your indoor unit's model number on the grey label on the right side of the unit.

Remote not working?
- Put in fresh batteries, the right way round.
- Point the remote straight at the indoor unit with nothing in between.
- Lift the front panel and press the manual power button. If the unit starts, the remote is the problem.
To read the room temperature at the remote instead of at the unit, use Follow Me: press SET until the Follow Me icon flashes, then press OK. Wall-mounted controllers are covered in Which wall thermostats and controllers work with my Senville unit?

Submit a support ticket with a photo of the model/serial label on the right side of the indoor unit, and we'll confirm the right remote for your unit.
