Error Code: EH C2 – Refrigerant Sensor Out of Range with Leakage Detected
Applies to LETO and AURA Series

What this means:
The refrigerant sensor is giving abnormal readings (out of range) and has also detected signs of a refrigerant leak. This combination triggers an automatic safety response to prevent damage or risk.

Try this first (easy fix):

  1. Turn off the unit completely.

  2. Wait 2 full minutes.

  3. Turn it back on and check if the error disappears.

  • If the error clears — the issue may have been temporary.

  • If the error comes back — the system likely has a refrigerant issue that needs attention.

Next steps (for technicians):

  • Check the system for visible leaks.

  • If a leak is found, repair it and recharge the system.

  • If no leaks are found, inspect for system blockages and clear them.

  • If the sensor continues to report out-of-range values, the sensor itself may be faulty.

What you might need:

  • Additional refrigerant

  • Leak repair materials

  • Sensor replacement (if readings stay abnormal)

  • Vacuum/recharge tools

Helpful tip:
This error is more severe than a basic leak — it means the sensor isn’t just detecting a leak, but is also malfunctioning or reading outside its normal voltage range. Always confirm sensor condition during diagnostics.
