This appears on the indoor unit's display when the unit is set to Freeze protection mode. This mode sets the unit to heating mode with a temperature of 10 deg C (46 deg F) to provide enough heat to prevent anything in your location from freezing up.
To set the unit in FP mode, you'll have to set it to heating mode with at the lowest temperature and then press the down button on your remote twice continuously.
