Short answer: no. R410A and R454B are different refrigerants and can't be mixed. The indoor and outdoor units in a system must use the same refrigerant, and you can't add an R454B indoor unit to an R410A outdoor unit, or the reverse.
How to check which refrigerant you have
Look at the nameplate on the outdoor unit, or check the ending of your model number in How to find your model number and the right manual. For example, AURA units ending in IGG/OG use R454B; units ending in IQ or IZ use R410A.
