Error Code: EH 00 - Indoor Unit EEPROM Malfunction

Error Code: EH 00 – Indoor Unit Memory Issue
Applies to LETO and AURA Series

What this means:
The indoor unit is having trouble communicating with its memory chip (called the EEPROM), which stores important settings. This may be a simple glitch or could mean the main board (PCB) needs replacement.

Try this first (easy fix):

  1. Turn off the power to your mini split completely.

  2. Wait 2 full minutes to allow the system to reset.

  3. Turn the power back on and check the display.

  • If the error is gone — you're all set.

  • If the error remains — the indoor PCB likely needs to be replaced.

What you might need:

  • Replacement indoor PCB (main control board)

Helpful tip:
The EEPROM chip acts like your unit’s memory. If it fails, the system may stop working properly. Since it's part of the main board, the entire board usually needs replacing. For most users, it's best to contact a technician.
