What is the warranty on your products?

Our AURA series products(Models beginning with SENA) carry a warranty of 5 years on parts and 10 years on the compressor. 

Our LETO series products(Models beginning with SENL) carry a warranty of 5 years on parts and 5 years on the compressor.



Please note: In order to maintain a valid warranty our mini split systems, it is required that the customer has a licensed technician evacuate and pressure test the line sets prior to releasing the charge held in the outdoor condensing unit.
 
Do you cover labor?

Under no circumstances does Senville cover the the labor costs for repairs.

How do I register my warranty with Senville?

In order to register your unit(s) warranty with Senville, you can either email photos of your completed warranty card(s) to "Support@senville.com" or by completing the warranty registration by following this link : https://senville.com/warranty-registration/

Can you recommend any HVAC technicians?

We unfortunately do not carry a list of certified technicians to recommend. Services offered by licensed technicians can be found on HomeAdvisor, Yellow Pages/ White Pages or Facebook Marketplace.

If I have a problem with my unit, what do I do?

When encountering a problem with your Senville unit, please contact our support team immediately, troubleshooting your unit can be done over the phone with one of our support technicians, free of charge.

Can I do the installation myself?

Yes, however in order to maintain a valid warranty on your product, it is required that a licensed technicians pressure tests and vacuums down line sets.


Failure to do so would result in a void of warranty.
