Open box units are customer returns that were never installed. They are inspected before resale and carry the same manufacturer warranty as a new unit — at a lower price.

Availability and notifications: Open Box inventory depends on customer returns and is unpredictable. Items cannot be ordered when out of stock; purchases are first come, first served when stock appears. When a product is unavailable, the website will prompt you to enter your email to receive a notification when it returns to stock. Restocking cadence can vary; on average it may occur every few weeks, but sometimes several units arrive in a week and other times none for a month.
