Error Code: PC 0L – Low Ambient Temperature Protection

What this means:
The system has activated a protection mode because the outdoor ambient temperature (T4) has dropped too low for safe operation. This protects the compressor and system components from damage in extremely cold environmentsTS33.

When this error appears:

• If the compressor is OFF and T4 drops below -35°C for 10 seconds

• OR

• If the compressor is ON and T4 drops below -40°C for 10 seconds
  → The system will stop and display PC 0L.

• The system will exit protection automatically once T4 rises above -32°C for 10 seconds.

Try this first (automatic recovery):

• Wait for outdoor temperatures to rise above -32°C.

• Once temperatures recover, the system will restart on its own.

• No manual reset is required.

Helpful tip:
This protection mode is common in very cold climates. If you live in such an area and see this error often, consider using a low ambient temperature kit or pre-heater accessory to prevent downtime.
