Error Code: PC 00 – Outdoor IPM Module Protection

What this means:
This error occurs when the IPM (Intelligent Power Module) sends an abnormal voltage signal to the compressor drive chip. As a protection measure, the system shuts off to avoid damage.

Try this first (quick reset):

1. Turn off power to the system completely.

2. Wait 2 minutes.

3. Turn the unit back on and observe the display.

• If the error clears — the issue may have been temporary.

• If the error remains — proceed with diagnostics.

1. Check the wiring between PCB and compressor:

   • If connections are loose or damaged → repair or replace wires and connectors.
