Error Code: FH CC – Refrigerant Sensor Error
What this means:
This error occurs when the indoor unit either:
Receives a fault signal from the refrigerant sensor for 10 seconds, or
Receives no feedback at all for 150 seconds.
It indicates a sensor fault, disconnection, or wiring issue.
Try this first (quick reset):
Turn off power to the system.
Wait 2 minutes.
Turn the system back on and check the display.
If the error clears — the sensor may have reconnected.
If the error remains — begin troubleshooting.
Next steps (for technicians):
Check the wiring between the refrigerant sensor and indoor PCB:
Ensure all wires are securely connected and not damaged.
If wiring is OK:
Replace the refrigerant sensor.
If replacing the sensor doesn’t resolve the issue:
Replace the indoor main PCB.
What you might need:
Connection wires
Refrigerant sensor
Indoor main PCB
Helpful tip:
This fault is closely related to EH C3. Always start by checking for proper wiring before replacing hardware.
