Error Code: EH 0E – Water-Level Alarm Malfunction

What this means:
The system has detected an abnormal signal from the water-level switch. If the sampling voltage is not 5V, the unit displays EH 0E and enters protection mode. This typically indicates an issue with the switch, the water pump, or related wiringTS25.

Try this first (quick reset):

  1. Turn off the power supply to the unit.

  2. Wait 2 minutes.

  3. Turn the power back on and check the display.

  • If the error clears — the system is operating normally.

  • If the error returns — follow the steps below.

Next steps (for technicians):

  1. Check the water-level switch connection:

    • If not properly inserted → reseat it correctly.

  2. Inspect the water-level switch itself:

    • If broken → replace the water-level switch.

  3. If the switch is fine but error persists:

    • Replace the water pump.

  4. If all components are working but error still remains:

    • Replace the indoor main PCB.

What you might need:

  • Water-level switch

  • Water pump

  • Indoor main PCB

  • Connection wires

Helpful tip:
This error is specific to systems that include water-level monitoring, such as units with internal condensate pumps. Check the wiring and float switch before replacing hardware.
