Error Code: EH 00 – Indoor Unit EEPROM Malfunction
What this means:
The indoor PCB’s main control chip is not receiving proper feedback from the EEPROM — a chip that stores configuration data. If the EEPROM cannot be read, the system cannot start or function properlyTS19.
Try this first (quick reset):
Shut off the power to the system.
Wait at least 2 minutes.
Turn the power back on and check the indoor display.
If the error is cleared — the EEPROM may have recovered.
If the error remains — proceed to replacement.
Next steps (for technicians):
If the code remains visible → replace the indoor main PCB.
What you might need:
Indoor main PCB
(Note: For EC 51 or EH 0A, outdoor PCB may also apply.)
Helpful tip:
The EEPROM is a small memory chip built into the PCB. It cannot be replaced independently — replacing the board is the only viable repair method.
