Short answer: register online in about 2 minutes using the warranty registration form. It is the same form for the United States and Canada. Registration is required for warranty coverage in both the US and Canada, so register as soon as your system is installed. It also gives you priority support and speeds up any future service request.
Have this ready
- Model and serial numbers of the indoor and outdoor units (grey label on the right side of each unit, how to find it)
- Purchase date and where you bought it (Senville.com, Senville.ca or another retailer)
- Installation date and your installer's details
Important: professional installation
Pressure testing and evacuation of the line sets must be done by a licensed HVAC professional. A DIY installation voids the warranty.
What the warranty covers
- Free replacement of defective parts, and free compressor replacement, with shipping included
- 10 years of free Senville Tech+ technical support
- Labour is not covered
Coverage periods depend on the product series. See the full terms: United States / Canada. To check an existing warranty, use the warranty check page.
Registration is not a claim
Registering records your purchase and installation. If something has stopped working and you need a part or repair, that is a warranty claim. Submit a support ticket with:
- Model and serial numbers, purchase date and where you bought it
- Installation date, and confirmation it was installed by a licensed HVAC technician
- A description of the problem and any error code shown
- Photos of the unit labels and of the problem
Our technical team reviews every claim and replies by email within 1 business day. Full steps: How do I make a warranty claim?
