The outdoor PCB is not receiving proper feedback from the EEPROM chip — a memory component that stores the system’s operating parameters. Without this feedback, the system cannot function correctly.

Try this first (easy reset):

1. Turn off power to the unit completely.

2. Wait 2 full minutes.

3. Turn the unit back on and check if the error clears.

• If the error is gone — the unit is functioning normally.

• If the error remains — continue below.

• If the error continues after restarting, the EEPROM chip has failed or is not readable by the PCB.
